Role Description
Business Manager to lead and oversee operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. Business Manager also plays a key role in putting the model in place that leads to sustainable and regular growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop goals and objectives including Business Development, Revenue, Collections and any other which leads to consistent growth
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Achieving monthly/quarterly operational plan, business objectives and drive the business.
- Driving the team to achieve the monthly targets and objectives.
- Working closely with corporates and stakeholders to drive the revenue.
- Plan and ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure attainment of goals
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Develop the Business Model as per the company's vision.
