Team Summary:

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our corporate team and work closely with various Operations groups to lead and manage complex projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of critical initiatives that will help the firm achieve its operational scalability and other strategic goals.

What You'll do :

- Executing complex, multi-year and cross location projects, ensuring on-time completion that is within budget

- Recommending operational improvements to support growth and other internal goals

- Driving implementation of new tools and technical solutions for complex operational processes

- Translating business requirements into a defined project scope

- Developing and managing project plans, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements

- Managing senior stakeholders, providing status updates, critically assessing options, and recommending solutions

- Producing, tracking, and measuring project success metrics

- Driving internal teams in process-oriented problem solving to agree on optimal solutions

- Managing and escalating project risks pre-emptively

- Document and maintain all aspects of each project

What You'll need

- The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of project management or consulting experience, preferably with a background in finance or technology

- This individual must be an organized, process-oriented problem-solver who can multi-task and manage competing interests

- Proficiency with project governance and successful track record planning and executing large -scale, complex projects is a must

- Experience in data modeling is a plus

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to present to and persuade senior staff to engage with key initiatives

- Thriving in a fast paced, deadline- driven team environment, while having a roll up your sleeves attitude is critical.

- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or Finance/economics, with a strong record of academic achievement is required and an MBA is highly preferred

- While an understanding of software development processes is preferred, a passion and aptitude for process driven execution is a must

- PMP certification is a plus
