Manager Corporate Planning

- Support Senior Management in strategic decision making by providing research, analysis, and insights in the areas of evaluating strategic entry opportunities for growth, formulating business strategies, driving cost management initiatives, coordinating excellence program etc.

Specifically, this execution focused role is responsible to :

- Leads a project team for timely delivery of projects with high quality deliverables with research, analysis and presentation, managing administration and coordination aspects of the project

- Take lead in conceptualization of new methodologies/ tools/ models to design a holistic solution for the project and guide the project team members

Skilled in:

- Market sizing & opportunity analysis, competition analysis, assessing business models/value chain dynamics /Industry analysis

- Preparation of business case (Go/No-Go) for new business/ investments, including (financial) spreadsheet modelling

- Strategic thinking ability

- Strong project and time management skills

- Strong communication & persuasion skills

- Good team player with 'status quo challenger' approach

- Project Planning and Design

- Understands and maps in detail the scope of projects and key expectations (desired outcome and what value it will add to the business)

- Develops clear approach & applies strategic structured thinking process to execute projects (framework development, research methodology, sources of information, timelines)

- Analyses gathered information (primary and secondary research) by applying strategic frameworks/tools (e.g. Porter& five forces, VRIO, SWOT etc.) to derive relevant insights

- Performs advanced quantitative data (statistical/ econometric) analysis (MS-Excel and other software packages)

- Leads in delivering the insights via effective presentations (concise, backed up with logic/data)
