Marketing Planning :
- Prepare branding objectives - increase in brand awareness ,Analyze market and competitor trends.
- Come up with 'out of box' ideas for marketing and branding campaigns .
- Preparing marketing plans and budgets, creating calendars for all activities, ensuring adherence to the same.
- Preparation of annual budgets in line with the overall Company and Department objectives.
Marketing Communication :
- Create marketing and branding collaterals
- Editing and proof reading of all marketing and branding collaterals
- Work closely with agency for all design and content - all Brands
- Ensure excellent and timely execution of events, exhibitions,meets
- Ensure excellent, timely, cost effective execution of marketing collaterals including brochures, sample folders, etc.
- Vendor Management.
- Ensure Brand sanctity in all communication .
Media/ PR :
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- Liasing with and answering media enquiries
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases and articles tp the PR agency
- Management of the PR agency .
Reporting & MIS :
- Weekly reporting of all activities, jobs with deadlines, schedules for completion
- Creating Purchase orders in the oracle system, maintaining quotations, tax data, creation of new vendors .
- All budgeting and monitoring of expenses against the same , All bills verification, payment schedules,
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA Full Time
- From any - Automobile / Consumer Durable / Building Material / Lubricant Industry
- Should be strong in - Digital Marketing / Brand management, PR and Media Relations and Vendor Management.
