Job Responsibilities

Complete ownership of B2B Corporate Brand & Product Marketing

- Liaison with the Product and the Sales Teams to identify the opportunities for generating more brand equity and business through corporate marketing campaigns and schemes.

- External B2B Marketing including but not limited to Direct Marketing, Trade Marketing, Email Marketing, Activations/Events, and Loyalty/Rewards Schemes to strengthen TimesJobs Portfolio Brands.

- PR, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Influencer marketing to engage the current and prospective clients.

- Internal Marketing to the Sales Teams to build more awareness and on the Products and Competitive Advantages for better conversions.

- Market Research and Consumer Insights

- Creation of Corporate Marketing and Sales Assets like Corporate and Product Videos, Mircosites, Brochures, Posters, Presentations etc.

- Strengthen Corporate Brand Equity (Consideration/Advocacy) amongst Recruiters/HR

- Increase Business through inbound lead generation

Empower Sales Team with right knowledge and Assets to help sell better

- Identify new business opportunities.

- B2B Marketing (E-Commerce/Classifieds/BFSI/Telecom/IT etc)

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

- Market Research and Consumer Insights

- B2B Marketing, Trade Marketing, Direct Marketing, BTL/Events, Product Marketing.

- Social Media Marketing, Community Management, Content Marketing

- Very Strong communication (marcom) and content skills

- Analytical Skills. Experience creating marketing assets (creatives, videos etc.)
