We are currently looking to close a Manager - HR position with the topmost business Conglomerates of India. The position is based in Gurgaon.

JOB PROFILE :
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Areas of focus - performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, rewards and recognition, learning and development interventions
- Partnering between the Head HR, Business Leaders and Total HR team to understand the capability gaps and firm up strategies to bridge those gaps
- Performance Management: Enable goal setting and career progression dialogues between team leaders and team members. Devise the mid-year and annual performance review cycle. Work on the Performance Management Process considering current scenario.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Manage the philosophy of 'acceptance, recognition, inspiration, support, and empowerment'.
- Learning & Development: manage a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities that align people with the goals and vision of the firm. Manage leadership effectiveness and career development programs throughout the organization by planning, organizing and content developing for workshops.
- HR Operations: Responsible for entire end to end employee life cycle that include selection, on boarding, performance management, exit.
- Handling manpower planning, internal moments, career progression for high performers, retention strategies etc.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT :
Knowledge :
- Comprehensive knowledge of key HR functions like PMS, TM, Comp Structures, Budgeting and Engagement.
- Understanding of OD aspects and interventions
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: MBA/ PG Diploma in Human Resource Management from a top institute
WORK EXPERIENCE AND RELEVANT INDUSTRY : 4 -8 years in large-size FMCG/ manufacturing/ Service organizations would be preferred
Salary : Rs.22.0 to 32.0 LPA
