Role : Corporate HR Manager ( Manager / Sr.Manager Level)

Our Client is a New Upcoming JV between a Large Indian Business House & a Large Global Liquor Manufacture who are in the process of setting up their Manufacturing facility Pan India & their Corporate office in Gurgaon.
Role Scope : Pan India & Corporate Office Responsibility
Experience : With an experience of 6 to 10 yrs in HR function and should have worked in a corporate role for a min of 2 years preferably in Liquor Industry or with a Distillery / Brewery
Qualification : PG / MBA - HR
Reports to : Company MD
Deliverables :
- Partner with Key functions in corporate for the end to end HR solutions
- Collaborate on annual business plan/ budgets / manpower planning
- Take care of implementation of PMS and facilitate roll out
- Complete responsbility of - Employee Engagement : Design employee engagement programs and roll out across the organization
- Coordinate Talent acquisition and management
- Talent Pool management : Program management of trainees
- Work out people strategy for the zone and derive new organization design for better governance.
- Develop and ensure smooth functioning of all HR processes like leave, payroll, benefits and employee database management, etc.
- To develop and implement HR policies for attracting and retaining the best talent.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve effectiveness of employee communication and branding.
- To roll out initiatives to build a positive brand image in job market.
