As the Corporate HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and optimizing our human capital to achieve business excellence.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and GPTW Branding:
- Drive talent acquisition efforts to attract top-notch professionals aligned with our values and vision.
- Strategically enhance employer brand as a GPTW to attract diverse talent pools.
Employee Engagement and Well-being:
- Cultivate a vibrant and inclusive work culture that promotes employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs to foster a motivated workforce.
Performance Management and Growth:
- Implement performance management systems to facilitate continuous improvement and career growth.
- Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting effective performance evaluations.
Learning and Development:
- Design and coordinate learning programs to enhance employee skills and professional development.
- Identify training needs and ensure learning opportunities align with business objectives.
HR Policy and Compliance:
- Develop, review, and update HR policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to HR policies and ethical practices.
Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives:
- Lead efforts to promote diversity and inclusion, fostering an equitable and respectful work environment.

HR Analytics and Data-driven Decisions:
