Should be well versed with Performance Management System, C&B strategy & execution, Designing HR
policies & Processes, Job Evaluation, Talent Engagement & HR Analytics.
JOB PROFILE :
The candidate need to drive entire Performance Management Process (PMS) from the scratch. Starting from communication / mailers and ending with ratings discussions with line managers / HOD's. Design & monitor effectiveness of the PMS for Blue collar employees
Would be responsible for C&B benchmarking study with the help of external consultants based on the need. Conceptualize & execute Variable Pay plans, Design sales incentive plans and benefits design & review.
Anchor Employee engagement surveys & drive action planning, Manages Reward & Recognition programs.
Internal communications (Newsletters, Skip levels, Town halls, Open House etc.)
Responsible for HR Automation & Analytics. Analyse the various Workforce Analytics. Updates HR dashboard (quarterly).
