As a Corporate Gifting Manager, you will be responsible for leading corporate sales of the company's voucher by working with our existing client base and by building and executing the roadmap to obtaining new clients through resource and referral.
What you will do:
- Prospecting and Maintaining new corporate gifting accounts, pursuing potential customers from various industries and fields.
- Maintaining relations with event planners and strategic gifting companies.
- Planning and driving strategy, lead generation and new business development to target opportunities by market and across specific industries.
- Utilizing CRM to prospect and maintain key customer contact data.
- Being a Key contact for all end user direct sales and key relationship growth.
- Assisting in the selection of core merchandising assortments, marketing materials and sales tools with key internal resources.
- Promoting brand presence, pricing, and product at relevant B2B trade and industry functions and events following strict adherence to Brand Guidelines.
- Achieving annual sales and optimal margin performance targets.
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- 4+ years of B2B sales and management experience, preferably corporate gift sales within the FMCG sector.
- Must have a strong leadership record and proven sales achievement history along with an established client portfolio with current relationships.
- The ability to collaborate and achieve consensus utilizing consultative selling techniques is imperative.
- Must possess good verbal presentation and negotiating skills.
- Should be comfortable presenting and working with senior level management and above.
- Excellent phone and writing skills, highly organized and have creative critical thinking skills.
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Annual CTC: Rupees 8,00,000 to 18,00,000
