Manager - Corporate Gifting

Position's Objective:

To identify companies and institutions that require corporate gifts and generate business partnerships for long term. This is a key position that plays a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our client base.

Responsibilities:

- Identify potential businesses and institutions that would require & benefit from our corporate gifting solutions.

- Develop and implement a strategic plan to target and engage with these organizations.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate sector.

- Present our comprehensive product catalogue and offerings to potential clients for business development.

- To achieve sales targets and ensure margins are achieved.

- Understand client requirements and propose tailored gifting solutions to meet their needs.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to ensure profitable business partnerships.

- Drive all sales opportunities, planning effectively for key trading and calendar events

- Improve productivity while managing all costs within budget and maximising stock availability.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns and materials.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

- Tie up with third parties or platforms to create sales opportunities and making our products available

- Work closely with commercial & product teams to curate the right product range and pricing.

- Prepare an annual calendar for corporate gifting.

- Liaison with SCM & Logistics team to ensure timely deliveries across the country
