Description of roles & responsibilities :

FP&A and pricing

- Person will be responsible for managing both strategic and operational nuances of FP&A. The role also involves pro-active interaction at senior leadership through monthly functional / operations review vis-a-vis the plan and agreeing on corrective actions.

- Manage financial planning (both annual and 3 year strategic).Spearhead management of key metrics with the respective functional leaders and keep a close eye on the financial performance.

- Drive reviews and leads course correction measures ensuring management of planned deliverable's on an ongoing basis. The person will work closely with Global financial planning leader and shall have cross functional dependencies and deliveries

- Maintaining a system that reports key enterprise data, tracking and forecasting this data on a regular basis, drive KPIs and will take charge of communicating this information in an understandable, analysed format to key business partners.

- Preparing & Reviewing of MIS Reports - P&L statement, - Analysis of Change-, - Currency Impact-, - Inflation/Deflation-, - Cost to collect productivity- etc.

- Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine variation between budget & actual and taking corrective action.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conjunction with budgeting and forecasting process

- Communicate key information to business partners regularly and with an eye to action.

- Immediate flagging of high risk issues

Income Tax:

- Manage the tax strategy and direct tax compliance's. Uphold the tax strategy and approach along with managing on-going appeal/litigation's in progress.

- Transfer Pricing strategy w.r.t. all international services

Treasury

- Responsible for management of funds and managing treasury returns within the laid group guidelines

Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge :

- CA (at least 2007 ) with at least 5 years of work experience in the similar profile in multinational organization. Knowledge of financial services industry will be an advantage.

- High commercial acumen gained from working in partnership with the business to help it achieve its objectives.

- Good communication, interpersonal skills and networks to build effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, both inside and outside the organisation.
