KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Financial Modelling & Business Valuation for residential projects

- Management of Private Equity relationships

- Reporting requirements, Compliances, Periodic Review Meetings, etc.

- Re-structuring for new investments and exits, leading strategic initiatives for Corporate Finance Function. Manage end to end investor relations.

- Currently working in financial modelling team of a Big 4 / IB firm or Corp Fin team of Large Infra/RE player

- Work on existing debt which includes SAP entries, reconciliation of bank statements, finalizing mortgage deeds etc.

- Research on real estate - domestic, international, etc.
