KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Modelling & Business Valuation for residential projects

1. Feasibility analysis, business plan

2. Capital market funding analysis

3. Real estate project valuation

- Manage internal stakeholder relations.

- Assist in Re-structuring for new investments and exits, and strategic initiatives for Corporate Finance Function.

- Currently working in the financial modeling team of a Big 4 / IB firm or Corp Fin team of Large Infra/RE player.

- Research on real estate - domestic, international, etc.

- Peer benchmarking - operational and financial.
