Manager - Corporate Finance/Project Finance - Renewable Projects

Looking for a person who have experience into Corporate Financing (including Project Finance) of Renewable Projects in India.

The person to have experience of 2-3 years (C&I segment experience preferred).

The person shall be responsible for the following:

a) Support in Project Financing (ECBs, RTL, Multilateral, Bonds etc.) ,fund-raising (bridge loan, short term loan etc.) of Solar PV / Wind assets in India.

b) Preparation of information memorandum and financial modelling.

c) Preparing proposal for potential lenders and manage the project/corporate facility appraisal by providing data and responses to Lender queries during Project appraisal

d) Managing the due-diligence exercises conducted by Lenders /LE/LIA/LLC

e) Provide date and response to Rating Agency as a part of Credit Rating exercise

f) Support in execution of loan and security documentation.

g) Compliance of conditions precedent and conditions subsequent of loan agreements and security creation

h) Support in periodic compliance information and financial covenants during financing

i) Support the other functions of the Company as and when required

j) Support in Project Risk management

Preference will be given to candidates having exposure to Corporate Financing (including Project Finance) for power/renewables/ infrastructure projects.

Ability to work in a fast-growing Company and align with Company's initiatives and to have good understanding of Corporate Financing (including Project Finance) of Renewable Projects in India.
