Manager Corporate Finance (Manufacturing)

- Preparing Financial Models and presentations.

- Due Diligence.

- Fund Raising.

- Maintain Internal & External Relations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparing Financial models by understanding the company products, revenue streams, historical cost, future projection with justifications for various assumptions like production assumption, CAPEX assumption/ proposals, Working Capital assumption etc.

- Preparing and presenting documents/ presentations for fundraising, showcasing historical performance through graphs/ any other presentable manner as well as showing the attractiveness of the investment opportunity in the industry as well as company.

- Ability to understand all linked financial statements (PL, BS, CF), schedules to accounts and their movement, ratio analysis, ROI/NPV/IR etc.

Internal Coordination: Coordinating with various departments viz. Finance & Accounts, HR, Legal, Plant Production, Fertilizer Industry Coordination Committee (FICC) for supporting Due Diligence Of financials and other processes.

External Coordination: Coordinating with various financial advisors, Due Diligence agencies, Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) agencies, Rating agencies, Banks.

Qualification And Experience:

1. CA or MBA (Finance) with 3-5 of Experience in Corporate Finance with a Manufacturing Industry.

2. Fully conversant with 'best practice' in accounting standards, policies and procedures, possessing a superior track record of technical financial and regulatory management within a significant and relevant industry sector.

3. Leadership in all technical finance matters through building companywide 'centre of excellence' finance function capability; continually aligning the finance function with the emerging needs of the business.

4. Superior business analysis skills to evaluate, select and implement 'best in class's financial solutions capable of making a substantial contribution to the organisation's capability to grow its business.

5. Experienced in a range of finance disciplines including e.g. corporate finance, regulatory reporting, taxation, and treasury.

6. Able to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of systems, initiatives, and processes.

7. A self-confident, decisive personality whose superior interpersonal skills invite participation and engagement through effective communication and the ability to influence and negotiate.

8. A natural networker with presence and gravitas who builds and nurtures relationships both internally and externally.

9. An accomplished leader with a reputation for tenacity, determination & professionalism while able to accommodate compromise.

10. A dedicated professional, committed to delivering superior service through having an open disposition and a willingness to listen and learn.

11. Comfortable with operating in a multinational working environment and will be cognizant of and empathetic with cultural issues.
