JOB DESCRIPTION / KRAS : 

- Managing the restructuring (Financial and operational) engagements.

- Helping in coordinating deliverables from teams tasked to deal with discreet aspects of assignments.

- Leading engagements, project management and analyzing financial operational results of the companies.

- Managing projects and coordinating in deliverables from teams tasked to deal with discreet aspects of assignments

- Build strong internal relationships within Restructuring and across other services.

DESIRED PROFILE :

- Qualified CA/MBA with 8+ years post qualification experience in Corporate finance/ Financial Due diligence / Financial Analysis and reporting

- Excellent understanding of the financial statements in an MS Excel environment

- Strong exp into Financial Due diligence.

- Proven experience in interacting with senior management of clients.

- Leadership skills, stakeholder management, project management
