Manager - Corporate Finance

Candidate who has worked with relevant consulting organizations As per industry standard

- Team player, with the ability to multi-task, flexible and can work under pressure

- Self-starter with good analytical skills

- Has thorough understanding of financial statements

- Has thorough understanding of business valuation methods

- Has networking abilities to build relationship with the clients & investors

- Proficiency in spoken and written English

- Looking for someone who will be responsible for deal identification, sourcing / execution and closure of private equity, venture capital, M&A transactions. Must have experience in the entire life cycle of transaction.

- Preparation of pitch books such as IM, Teasers, Presentations, etc. for investors and lenders.

- Preparation of financial model.

- Thorough understanding of financial accounting, including the inter-relationship between key financial statements (profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement).

- Should be able to build an integrated financial model from scratch and be confident to auditing or amending working models
