Manager - Corporate Finance

The candidate should ideally have at least 5 years of experience in the fields of Corporate Finance and Strategy / Mergers & Acquisitions. Experience in transaction closures, diligence or structuring would be an added advantage.

The candidate would be required to:

- Lead and execute on strategic key projects for the CFO/CEO and Finance team

- Partner with a range of stakeholders across the org to ensure the team is well prepared for all internal and external meetings / interactions, including supporting with preparation of key papers / inputs for investor board meetings

- Lead Financial Planning and Analysis to deliver key collaterals to the team for corporate finance related decisions

- Assist in discussions on all M&A collaterals - PPT, Financial Projections, Term Sheets, Shareholder Agreement

- Assist in the commercial discussions on the M&A deals

- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity

- Assist in development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts in alignment with company goals and objectives

- Ensure transaction readiness of the company and for each portfolio company at all times

- Identify and assess financial risks, including credit risk, market risk, forex risk, and operational risk, and develop strategies to mitigate exposure.
