Roles and Responsibilities :
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION :
1. Newsletters
a. Coordinate with site representatives and source content
b. Assist the design agency on content, artwork and pagination / post production
c. Coordinate timely dispatch as per the agreed plan - print and/or e-copy
2. Talkback - assist in content and source relevant image
3. Coordinate details from relevant sites / Develop content / Execute photo-shoots as per the agreed plan
4. Mobile application
a. Regular story updates from across the plants and zones
b. Assist the agency with the next level development phase and roll out
EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION
1. Press Conferences (Dealer launch, Facility inauguration, Product launch, Factory launch)
a. Collaterals and content for presentations and for the media
b. Briefing book for spokespersons
c. Post conference reports and press release
d. Work with the agency for the execution
2. Media interviews / Relationship Building meetings with mainline media
a. Briefing document for the spokesperson
3. Trade media
a. Prepare relevant content basis the editorial calendar and respond to questionnaires
4. Digital Communication
a. Analyse the success of the campaigns
b. Provide literature and other collaterals for the preparation of weekly calendars
c. Inputs for relevant topics for tweets
d. Work on quarterly and bi-annual plans
ADVERTISEMENTS
1. Media planning
- Trade
a. Prepare yearly advertisement plan on the basis of editorial calendars
b. Work with agency on creative adaptations and ensure timely delivery to all the trade magazines
- Mainlines
a. Execute the advertisement plan as per policy
2. Print advertisement budget - update budget sheet every month to map expenses (trade and mainline)
Liasioning with agencies for daily operations
1. Perfect Relations for PR and Digital
2. Katalyst Marcom for Internal Communications
3. Infinity for Advertising and any creative work
Reviews and reports
1. Monthly/ quarterly / annual reviews with all the agencies
2. Monthly/ quarterly / annual plan discussion with Perfect Relations and Katalyst Marcom
