Manager - Corporate Communication - Pharmaceutical & Healthcare

We are currently looking for a Corporate Communications Manager with one of the topmost Healthcare MNCs in India. The position is to be based at MUMBAI.

Job Profile :

- Contribute to Conceptualization, development & execution of Corporate Theme for the year;

- Develop Key Message document, Standard Corporate Presentations for various stakeholders;

- Organize Town hall/Communication meetings Annual & Half-Yearly (H.O & PR&D, Plant);

- Drive internal Employee surveys

- Corporate Magazine

- Contribute to development of India citizenship report

- Drive the Citizenship/CSR initiative in India as representative;

- Manage Corporate Website;

- Market Research projects;

- Develop Corporate Brochure;

- Drive Communication agenda during AC Ceremony;

- Support business & other functions (incl. Plant & PR&D) need based

- Manage Radio HCS

- Support HR in Employee communications

- A Graduate in Arts (preferably English) with at least 5 to 7 years experience in Corporate Communication or PR/Media House. A Post Graduate degree/diploma in Mass Comm/ PR/Advertising will be an advantage

Essential Qualifications :

- Graduate in Arts (preferably English), preferably with a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Advertising

- Excellent Communication skills : Writing & Conversational

- Exposure to Project & Event Management/ Branding & Advertising

- Experience of working with various agencies/ exposure of developing Corporate magazine/brochures etc

- Good Interpersonal/Networking skills

- High Energy/ Takes Initiative

- Open minded, flexible, organized
