Spearhead all the communication activities (internal & external) for the organization. Set the company's communication strategy and direction.
- Work closely with leadership team and establish good relationships across campuses
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, skills are essential. Provide editorial functions, such as consistency in tone, style, and clarity of language.
- Work in tandem with cross-functional project teams to develop marketing initiatives, drive business objectives and ensure smooth operations.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work closely to facilitate internal and external communication.
- Create engaging content and stories for external and internal audiences
- Support the ongoing creation of Internal communication stories, newsletters, email, news features, presentations and social media content.
- Travel when required
- Effectively use digital and social media to leverage and cultivate a strong engagement with student and parent communities.
