An International cosmetic brand with it's Head Office based in South Delhi is looking for a Corporate Communications Manager - India

Role title: Corporate Communications Manager - India

Experience Level: 7-9 years of Experience

Reporting Into: Senior Manager - Sales Support, Brand & Communication, South Asia

Function: Brand & Communication

Purpose of the role: A suitable candidate who can propel our brands image through consistent messaging and strategy. Everything from overseeing the creation, development of brand design, collaterals, video shoots to formulating internal and external communication for brand marketing.

Key Deliverables:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -

- Craft and implement corporate communication strategy as per organizational goals

- Collaborate with product, design and marketing teams to manage steady flow of content

- Shape the positioning and narrative of the company for both internal and external stakeholders. This will include strategic communication going as press articles, blogs, video content, emailers, website content, SMS's, mobile app. notifications etc.

- Developing a strategic calendar, monitoring, and managing content and communication across brand channels - Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Telegram, Website, Mobile App

- Social media enthusiast who is savvy with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter & LinkedIn

- Cultivate existing relations, identify new opportunities that encourage collaborative exercises in the industry, with media, influencers, thought leaders and other prospective partnerships

- Coordinate and liaise with PR &/ Creative/ Media agencies on a day-to-day basis

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to PR led campaigns

- Create various content types (video recordings, articles, business writing, infographics, presentations etc.) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective brand guidelines

- Research based and analytical approach on content development

- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively, able to imbibe company culture

- Budgeting and Costs for all brand related activities

- Vendor Management - Contracts, Purchase Orders, Invoicing and Payments

- Coordination with global offices on best practices, insights, and strategy on brand

- A dual minded approach - highly creative but can also be process driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions

- Able to work independently and as a team player

- Someone who can imbibe the company culture

- This person shall be working in the brand function reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Support, Brand and Communication, South Asia

- Asia Marketing Team - Product, Design

- South Asia - India, Sri Lanka & Pakistan Marketing, Digital and Social

- Global Social Media Content and Insight Team

- Global Brand & Communication Team

- Cross Departmental Functions in India - Sales, Employee Experience, Finance, Manufacturing, IT, Sustainability, Corporate Affairs

- Overall Senior Leadership in South Asia including the MD's Office

- PR, Media and Digital Marketing Companies

Competencies (Soft Skills):

- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills

- A confident communicator and presenter

- Self-motivated, proactive, honest candidate with a strong and positive mindset Technical skill sets of MS Office applications like word, excel, ppt.

- Detailed oriented who produces high quality outputs

- Ability to translate ideas and concepts

- Proven experience in working with various stakeholders and teams Event experience is an added advantage

- Consistent, Reliable and Problem Solving

- Growth and Solution oriented mindset

- Able work independently and collaboratively in teams

Functional /Technical Skills & Knowledge:

- Technical skill sets of MS Office applications like word, excel, ppt.

- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media

- Wide degree of creativity, design language, proofreading, content, and production

- Media, Advertising and Public Relations industry contacts, relationship, and experience

- Internal and External communication

- Corporate Communication strategy

- Market knowledge, consumer behaviour, critical thinking

- Budget and Cost Management

- Supplier or Vendor Management

Qualifications & Experiences:

- PG Diploma or MBA in - Journalism & Mass Communication / PR, Advertising & Marketing / Business Administration, Management or Digital Marketing

- 7-9 years of minimum experience

- Event Management experience is an added advantage

- Data and Analytical skills are an added advantage
