An ideal profiles should be a Management graduate in Finance from reputed institute with minimum 2+ years of experience post qualification in the following fields.
Organisation: A listed Organisation in BSE & NSE with a turnover of 1400 crs, based in Delhi at Okhla Modi Mill compound, organisation is engaged in broadcasting & telecasting, this role would support the SPORTS division of the organisation
Role Description:
- Liasioning with the authorities on various matters
- Coordination with legal team to ensure compliance and closure of legal agreements
- Coordination with various external vendors/stakeholders to assist in closure of commercial deals
- Assistance to CEO & CFO.
- Responsible for corporate activities and various corporate communications within the organisation
- Coordination and correspondence handling with the key principals.
- Order processing and its coordinating with the telecom principals.
- Renewal on annual contracts with the Principals.
- Sales Management Web Application Development, implementation and maintenance
- Coordination for advertisement and maintenance of website.
- Handling Marketing Campaign, coordination for advertisement and exhibitions.
- Supports Operations by Supervising Staff, Planning, Organizing and Implementing administrative Systems.
- Vendor Management
Prerequisites:
- Necessary Skill Sets: Should have the proficiency in numbers - financial and analytical skills. Proficiency in handling multi-tasking, various stakeholders and managing the tasks within deadline. Should be a go-getter.
- Personality Traits: Should be exceptionally self-motivated and execution oriented with inherent problem solving skills and the ability to deliver in unstructured settings in a rapidly growing and evolving organisation.
- Communication Skills: Should be proficient in spoken and written English. Should be good at Presentation skills
- Experience: Atleast 2-4 years of experience
