Manager Corporate Affairs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Public Policy and Advocacy:
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing legislative and regulatory developments that could impact Inbrew Beverages' business operations.
- Undertake regular state, national level stakeholder mapping and engagement exercises; develop SOPs for stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct research, analyze data and contribute to the development of policy positions and advocacy strategies.
- Support the preparation of briefings and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
2. ESG & CSR:
- Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of Inbrew Beverages' Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives and programs.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to sustainability metrics and reporting.
- Support the development and communication of CSR initiatives and campaigns.
3. Government & Regulatory Affairs:
- Assist in managing relationships with government agencies, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of regulatory submissions, reports, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct research on regulatory trends and contribute to the development of advocacy strategies.
4. Communications & PR:
- Assist in the development and execution of communication plans and PR campaigns.
- Support the drafting and editing of press releases, speeches, presentations, and other communication materials.
- Assist in monitoring media coverage and social media channels and prepare regular reports and summaries.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various departments to support corporate affairs initiatives.
- Exceptional project management skills, and ability to incite valuable contributions from cross-functional stakeholders across management levels.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Contribute to the development of internal communications materials and employee engagement, employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
- Strong interest in corporate affairs, public policy, sustainability, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities with attention to detail. Ability to derive tangible insights and ascertain patterns in data to recommend strategies for growth, efficiencies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools. Ability to use basic design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, etc. is a plus.
- Knowledge of the beverage industry and regulatory landscape is a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in corporate affairs, public relations, or related fields is desirable.
