Job Description :


- Training the team (existing and new resources)

- Guiding and Coaching the members in the team

- Ensuring all the Corporate Action Events (both voluntary and Mandatory) are tracked and captured error free, based on Exchange Announcements and Vendor feed files.

- Timely Release of reports to Clients for their Holding positions, Forthcoming Corporate Action events, List of restricted securities for trading

- Ensure accurate entitlements are calculated for the clients on Corporate Action events on the systems and the same is communicated to the clients via Entitlement Reports

- Track the Corporate Action Benefits for receipt as per the expected entitlements and communicate to the clients post receipt via Income / Stock Receipt reports

- Reporting to the client's tax consultant on every transaction for Secondary Market Trades and or Corporate Action events

- Ensuring end to end error free processing for voluntary corporate action events including Proxy, E-Voting, Buy Back, Delisting, Exit offer, Rights, Conversions

- Timely Submission of Application Forms / Bid Details in Public Issues and end to end error free processing.

- Confirming the Bids on respective exchange- platform for Buy Back, Delisting and Takeover

- Tracking for Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) certificates for the clients and sharing them with the client's tax consultant

- Ensuring correct master maintenance for all types of instruments, including, Equity, Mutual Fund, Non Convertible Debentures, Bonds, Government Securities

- Follow up with Issuer / RTA to get necessary information memorandum, Interest schedules, Payment terms and have it maintained accordingly.

- Track and process Mutual Fund subscription / redemption requests for the clients, ensure timely submission of Mutual Fund Transactions with necessary supporting documents.

- Coordination with respective Fund houses, tracking for units / proceeds and settling in client account.

- Ensuring Clean Internal and External Audits (as applicable)

- Doing timely and accurate Regulatory Reporting

- Ensuring proper Standard Operating Procedures are in place for each process.

- Providing timely and accurate Management Information through respective MIS.
