Position Title: Manager - Corporate Accounts
Division/ Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: CFS-Thane
This Role Reports to General Manager- Corporate Finance & Accounts
This Role Supervises Executives (Accounts Finalization / Corporate Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Tax Accounting /Bank Reco/Employee reimbursements/ Employee Retirement Benefits & Trust)
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Responsible for efficient, timely and accurate financial accounting and reporting as per relevant statutes, preparing quarter and year end standalone and consolidated financial statements in accordance to IND AS, SEBI listing agreement norms and Companies Act, managing statutory auditors, maintaining highest level of accounting integrity and hygiene, managing routine accounting of corporate expenses, banking transaction, taxes, forex, imports and inter company expenses with regular reconciliation of balances
IDEAL PROFILE:
Educational Qualification Essential: Bachelor in Commerce & CA
Preferred : CS
Work Experience Required (In yrs.) Total: 7-8 yrs Years (Relevant experience): 5-6 yrs in a large listed company Post Qualification experience: 7-8 yrs of which at least worked in Big 4 Audit firm or a reputed listed company for 3-4 years
Other Relevant: Direct Skills Working knowledge in SAP and must have hand on experience in leading a team in a listed company
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities (Indicate Key Deliverables for this position)
Responsible for preparation of quarterly, half yearly and annual financial statements on a consolidated and stand alone basis, under Ind AS and complying with the relevant requirements of Companies Act
Preparation of quarterly statutory financial reports and disclosures as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI ( Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015
Coordinating with Statutory Auditors and managing regular internal and external audit requirements.
Managing the team of executives in proper accounting of banking transactions, forex, corporate expenses, direct taxes and TDS, imports,warranty, inter company transactions and ensuring regular reconciliation of accounts
Ensuring proper reconciliation of TDS at all India level. Filing of service tax returns & TDS return in time and providing details for Tax Audit/quarterly provisions
Carry out periodical reviews of all ledger balances of Corporate and maintain accounting hygiene at the highest level.
Monitoring Employee and Other Direct Costs of Central Management expenses. Raising necessary debit notes for allocated central management costs to Regions and Subsidiaries.
Availing 100% input tax credit for service tax & distribution to Factories & Regions
Ensuring through outsourced agency proper accounting, management and compliance in PF, Superannuation and Gratuity trusts including their Income Tax return filing.

External liaisoning with Internal & External Auditors, PF authorities, Outsourced Agencies Managing the employee retirement benefit trusts, Outsourced agencies for vendor payments, Auditors for completion of audit of financial statements
Internal Secretarial, HR, Regional Accountants, factory Accountants, Treasury Regular interaction for the quarterly and annual financials and reports, Employee payments and deductions, forex accounting and TDS reco with regions

WORKING CONDITIONS (PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMAND):
