Hiring for Manager - Core Human Capital(Infrastructure and Systems) for one our Prestigious client which is into investment and technology Development firm.

Experience : 4 to 10 Yrs

Location : Hyderabad

Qual : B.Tech/BSc / B. Eng in Computer Science is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Candidate will be part of the Core Human Capital team and will be responsible for the development and implementation of systems infrastructure by partnering with developers.

- Candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs related to the tech platforms, document requirements, and create detailed functional specifications and process drafts. You will also assess the existing tech infrastructure, identify gaps between the current state and the desired future state, and recommend potential solutions to bridge these gaps.

- Candidate will help with the creation of test cases and scenarios and oversee the UAT process to ensure that the systems meet user requirements and specifications and are defect-free.

- Candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the system effectively supports the organization's Human Capital (HC) Management processes and aligns with its strategic goals.

- The candidate should have a good understanding of HR systems and processes, an aptitude to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Candidate should have excellent analytical skills to analyze complex business problems and identify potential solutions, and should be able to break down problem statements into workable components while applying critical thinking to develop effective solutions.

- The ideal candidate should work with multiple stakeholders (across geographies and business functions), prioritize tasks, track progress across multiple projects, and proactively identify and manage risks and issues.

- Candidates with a technical background and proficiency in research and analysis will have an added advantage.

- Candidates who have worked as a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant.
