Looking for an individual who runs our client's key projects to drive conversions & cost optimization for Direct to Consumer, Auto Fintech. The candidate will be managing multiple priorities simultaneously and will directly be responsible for business deliverables.

The company is founded by a reputed professional and is backed by reputed investors as well. It has raised $105 mn dollars in its 3 rounds (Highest in India for a seed round) from well known international funds.
It offers customers a transparent, stress-free process of buying digital products and an easy seamless servicing platform. Using data, analytics and technology, its platform would enable customers to access low prices in one click based on their risk profile.
Response of consumers in the first year of operation has been extremely encouraging.
Customers can get their claims paid in a very quick turnaround time. In today's connected world, we believe it can reach a point where a customer would get his claim without him even lodging it. There are multiple ecosystems today which allow us to create contextual and personalized products based on user consumption behaviours. Our client would focus on these opportunities with innovative products.
Key Responsibilities -
- Spearhead multiple initiatives in growth, product, marketing, operations, partnerships & sales; projects to drive conversions & cost optimization for Direct to Consumer - Digital Products.
- Work with Marketing team in understanding consumer personas, generate demand from core TG, manage media mix, and drive scale at optimal Cost of Acquisition.
- Drive lead nurturing programs to engage with users who couldn- t convert.
- Responsible for process automation in Operations to drive cost optimization.
- Collaborate with product team for funnel optimization to be less dependent on any human intervention for conversions.
- Design a price elasticity framework to understand impact in conversions because of change in price.
- Conceptualize, and Implement Lead Management System with an objective of whom to (user segments), when (what time) and who will (Contact center agents) call considering customer experience as paramount.
Desired Qualifications / Experience -
- 3-4 years of overall experience with good understanding of digital & product marketing, web & marketing analytics, process design.
- Proven track record of scaling new age business while optimizing costs.
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- MBA preferred.
