Manager Contract

- BE Civil with 10 to 12 years of experience with 3-4 years on site as Site Engineer.

Key skills : Vendor management, Tendering, Comparisons, Negotiations, Rate Analysis, Contract formulation, Contract award, Procurement, Billing, Estimating and Costing, FIDIC knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities :

a. Maintaining the data of contractors / consultants / vendors

b. Pre-qualification contractors / consultants / vendors

c. Drafting and preparing tender / RFP / RFQ documents.

d. Coordinating and obtaining expression of interest from contractors / consultants / vendors.

e. Floating tender / RFP / RFQ documents.

f. Preparing BOQ's

g. Scheduling techno commercial meetings with the contractors / consultants / vendors.

h. Preparing techno commercial comparison statements for negotiations.

i. Drafting and formulating the contracts.

j. Awarding the contracts.
