Manager - Contract Analyst - Legal - Upto 25 Lpa
- Reviewing contracts to prevent potential disputes and financial risks.
- Analysing contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities.
- Provide legal analysis and counsel on policy, on all labor and employment issues concerning the business and government operations within and outside India.
- Review employment contracts, advise company on employment matters while recommending legal action, mediate with employees.
- Negotiating contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement with other parties.
- Ensuring that contract terms comply with legal requirements and policies.
- Advising internal departments on innovative and cost-effective ways to comply with contractual obligations.
- Documenting processes and maintaining files.
- Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders. Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in law from any national law school and qualified CS will be an advantage
- The candidate must have excellent communication.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, people management, including ability to work effectively with the business team and with senior management team; proactive, with excellent research, analytical skills and should be able to exercise judgment and discretion to opine on legal issues effectively.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a contract analyst in a related industry.
- Advanced knowledge of local, state, and national contract laws.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
- Contract vetting/ drafting experience is essential.
