Content Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Content Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content and event marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role demands a unique blend of stakeholder management, planning skills, and project management capabilities, with a passion for understanding and delivering value to prospects and customers.
We'll trust you to:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director, SMEs, customers, and other industry experts to create and implement a content strategy that supports our commercial goals and aligns with customer needs.
- Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and SMEs to produce high-quality, engaging content in various formats, including executive briefs, infographics, videos, articles, and case studies.
- Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events, such as conferences and webinars, ensuring they are engaging and successful.
- Work with the digital marketing specialist to drive content engagement with the right audience at the right time across multiple channels, including organic social media and email campaigns.
- Ensure a cohesive point of view on key topics by working closely with cross-functional teams, maintaining brand messaging and visual consistency across all materials.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize strategies and enhance audience engagement.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for content creation and event logistics.
- Manage the content and event marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs and interests and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
You'll need to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, event management, or a related role.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences and platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CMS, CRM, email marketing software, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with event planning software and virtual event platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
