Content Manager
Role : Content Manager
Responsibilities :
- Develop, contribute and edit all content for consistent and effective marketing campaigns across all mediums
- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, execute and promote compelling content in support of brand building, acquisition and retention
- Guide content marketing strategies, implementation, and procedures across multiple product marketing teams
- Develop meaningful positioning for all business units that effectively communicates service differentiators to customers
- Oversee strategic requirements, and work with the team in creating content strategy deliverables such as content audits, gap analyses, content frameworks and recommended plans/processes, conceptual architecture, and governance structures
- Work hand-in-hand with the sales organization in creating customer presentations to ensure corporate objectives are met and brand alignment
- Shepherd content through project management systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and on target
- Obsessive attention to detail with outstanding proofreading, fact checking, editing skills and flawless grammar
Qualifications :
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree, Master's Degree a plus
- Minimum of 5 years experience in content marketing to include demonstrated ability to lead content strategy work across different business units
- Background in either Advertising Agency/Marketing firm or Consulting preferred
- Passion for writing with a strong sense of voice and tone
