Roles & Responsibilities :
- Formulate and execute a content development strategy for the organization based on market requirements.
- Lead the development of all forms of content - Assessment, Learning, and Development Planning.
- Develop content in coordination with subject matter experts, internal and external consultants, leadership team etc.
- Manage all stakeholders involved in the process of content development including the leadership team, client HR team, SMEs, etc.
- Lead content design including course outline, storyboarding, script development etc.
- Engage with potential and existing clients to create content solutions
Experience :
- 6-10 years of experience in corporate or as consultant organizations
- Previous workaround learning & development, content development, project management, and client engagement
- Master's Degree/ Diploma in HR, Training & Development, Instructional Design, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Social Work
- A background in the learning and consulting industry would be an advantage
