About our Client - Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of chemical fragrances and have presence across multiple geographies. They are looking for a Marketing specialist to handle the India business.
Job Description - Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing the key drivers required are:
- Demonstrates industry or category expertise and contributes to client strategies.
- Creatively integrates market data, trends, consumer insights, product, brand and competitive intelligence to express a view point.
- Ideates original concepts/client solutions/ insights.
- Help creative team to prepare fragrance stories and olfactive Pyramids.
- Communicates and delivers client presentations and experiences designed to thrill.
- Accountable for understanding the marketplace, technology, and consumer dynamics in India and Indian sub-continent for all categories and to provide a source of expertise (proactive and reactive) internally and to customers in these areas.
- Accountable for Knowledge Management, dissemination, leverage.
- Accountable for branding for both internal & external events/ handouts/ gifts.
The Successful Candidate - The candidate must be a Master's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing from a reputed institute with a minimum of 8-10 years overall experience in Marketing of FMCG/ Advertising Agency/ B2B organizations. Marketing & Consumer Insight experience in Fragrance Industry or Consumer Products industry or Advertising agency.
