Base Location - Kolkata 5 Days working from Office. - Candidates from FMCG Industry or
Market Research Companies with a with a very solid grasp on quant skills.
- Market Research Companies like - Kantar, Nielsen, IQVIA, Gartner, GfK, Circana, Dynata, Westat, Forrester.
Work Experience: 8 Years+
CTC:- Best in the Industry.
Profile Brief: - Oversaw financial management, evaluating time costs and job profitability, and implement strategies to optimize financial performance for the organization.
- Generate comprehensive reports integrating modeling insights and extensive data, delivering strategic recommendations across brands / categories etc.
- Responsible for research, run multiple projects to generate data insights that influence decisions regarding existing products / new products development/improvements.
- Coordinate and syn with marketing, packaging & design teams etc for various data insights.
- Design effective & efficient ways along with the agency partners to measure & track brand performance.
- Work closely with brand team to drive execution of briefs and evaluate research designs from the agency.
- Work closely with the brand team & leverage insights to drive business growth.
- Identify new & effective ways of testing concepts, products & communication.
- Evaluate & pilot new tools & agencies esp. in the digital space.
- Leverage internal monitoring tools to derive insights.
- Multiple data sets to identify trends and early indicators of brand/product performance.
- Based on the analysis, providing insights, actively help in decision making.
