Job Description:
- Manages and drives customer and category initiatives from conception to completion
- To act as single point contact for all marketing and consumer insight need
- Demonstrates industry or category expertise and contributes to client strategies
- Creatively integrates market data, trends, consumer insights, product, brand and competitive intelligence to express a view point
- Ideates original concepts/client solutions/ insights
- Help creative team to prepare fragrance stories and olfactive Pyramids
- Communicates and delivers client presentations and experiences designed to thrill
- Accountable for understanding the marketplace, technology, and consumer dynamics in India and Indian sub-continent for all categories and to provide a source of expertise (proactive and reactive) internally and to customers in these areas
- Accountable for Knowledge Management, dissemination, leverage.Accountable for branding for both internal & external events/ handouts/ gifts
The Successful Candidate:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing from a reputed institute 8-10 years overall experience in Marketing of FMCG/ Advertising Agency/ B2B organizations.
- Marketing & Consumer Insight experience in Fragrance Industry or Consumer Products industry or Advertising agency
