Manager Consumer Insights
Role is Lead the research team for a key market and provide meaningful insight to the clients. The incumbent will be responsible for stakeholder relationships in EUAU & LATAM. He /She will lead key capabilities and projects
Handle syndicated and Primary Analytics - Operations
- Partner with the stakeholders, and help elevate the level of research and insights by working closely with the portfolio leads
- Work with Data and Analytics peers to deliver insightful solutions to business questions
- Evaluate multiple data sources (POS data, Panel Data, Consumption Data), synthesize and draw detailed analysis and insights. Provide the - story- not just data
- Ensure quality & timely delivery of projects
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to gain efficiencies
- Maintain visibility of available bandwidth within the team and manage allocation, prioritization of new tasks / projects
- Adhere to the required processes (metrics, monthly project updates, others) within the team
- Ensure smooth transition of projects from the US and International teams to the GCI Ops team
- Leverage reporting and automation standards
People Management
Profiles with MBA Market research or Marketing with 8-10 years exp
Must have managed research needs for an FMCG / CPG company or from Consulting firms with exposure in CPG vertical in addition to just agency side experience
A hands-on-leader willing to deliver in a leadership role as well is ready to roll-up sleeves when needed
Must have directly managed a team of 4-5 analysts
Experience of handling international/ global clients
