We are currently looking for a Manager Consumer Insights for the top FMCG Conglomerate in India. The position is to be based in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities :
1. Consumer Research :
- Regularly conduct exploratory, quantitative studies & market visits to align with evolving consumer mindsets, gauge brand's strengths/ potential vulnerabilities & competition position
- Select the most appropriate research methodology and techniques
- Develop research questionnaires and moderator guides with research partners
- Generate consumer insights that can serve as inputs in brand upgrades & new brand development
- Interpret data, write reports and make actionable recommendations
- Supervise workflow from briefing to final presentation
- Manage overall research budget
2. Business Intelligence :
- Track global trends in regulations & product developments for superior knowledge base & strategic inputs
- Identify & document emerging trends in other relevant categories that can be useful in the existing business
Role Requirements :
a. Education/Qualification : Post-graduate in Business Management/MBA from a premier B-School (with specialization in Marketing)
b. Experience : 2-5 years relevant experience in Market Research and Consumer Insights in an FMCG company or a Market research agency handling FMCG clients
Salary : Around Rs. 16.0-18.0 LPA
