Hands-on experience of working on CRM tools - Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot, Clevertap, etc

- Experience in audience segmentation, campaign management, data mining and email marketing - Implement new and optimise existing customer journey strategies - Support the larger marketing team with 1st party audience strategy

- Monitor and improve engagement with existing fans/customers through CRM

- Measuring & reporting of analytics & CRM performance dashboards

- Push the envelope on experimenting with new features being introduced on platforms like WhatsApp, CRM automation basis tech partner product roadmap

- Working with internal & external teams and agencies to plan and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns - Manage the end-to-end process for lifecycle customer communication across all channels - email, push, in-app messages - from brief to execution and performance analysis.

- Support in building and refining the CRM strategy.

You're a great fit for us, if you have:

- Graduate / Post-Graduate / Any equivalent degree

- Proven work experience of 3 - 5 years in CRM and allied areas of marketing

- Hands on experience with Web & App Analytics platforms and CRM software

- Excellent analytical and project management skills

- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
