Role & Responsibilities :
The person would be primarily required to lead the project team, keep the work focused on the objectives and market the group's services.

- Market Assessment
- Project/ Investment Feasibility
- Business/ Products portfolio strategy
- Entry Strategy (Inbound/ Outbound)
- Pre-deal evaluation
- Business Modelling and Plan Development
- Synergy evaluation
- Commercial and Operational due diligence
- Financial Modelling and Structuring Advice
- Project management and execution
- Business development
- Staff development
- Evaluate economic and legal risks to the Firm arising out of engagements, consult and adopt suitable risk management practices
- Keep abreast of new developments in the profession, the business, the industry and the regulatory environment
- Build a strong network with peers and professionals in the field
