1. The person in the role will be expected to independently consult with new and existing clients on all rewards aspects
2. The expectation will also be to initially actively be involved in all design and setup operations for new clients on rewards and eventually take over ownership of the same
3. The person will need to create and update compensation databases from several sources to have ready data available for common skills hired in client organizations and have a methodology to quickly update data on positions that are unique
4. There is an expectation that the role will have to publish market insights on a regular basis that shows ANSR's capability and understanding of the market in several areas.
5. In addition to rewards activities, a fair amount of knowledge on upstream recruitment understanding and downstream talent management as it relates to rewards will also be needed
6. A proficient understand and hands on experience with Excel is a must
7. A thorough understanding of the IT talent market and the landscape will need to be built fairly quickly
8. Setting up/updating rewards analytics will be a KRA of the role
The Consultant, C&B, will be required to develop, review, coordinate and implement effective strategies, procedures and programs related to compensation and benefits during consulting assignments for Org
Key Responsibilities :
- Build rewards consulting products relevant and tailored to emerging GCCs, particularly in the Technology space
- Be a key member of the Co's People Consulting Practice scale up and develop ideas for external outreach
- Deliver high quality, effective solutions for our clients in the following areas:
- Market benchmarking (Compensation / Benefits)
- Pay ranges design & implementation
- Benefits design
- Budgeting / annual cycle management
- Compensation structuring
- Statutory impact & related updates
- Manage C&B project modules independently
- Present solutions and recommendations independently in a structured and articulate manner to client / internal team
- Manage rewards discussions with key stakeholders - both internal and external
- Develop expertise in technology functions of the IT industry and demonstrate the same through whitepapers, online articles and in-depth analysis on the state of the market at frequent intervals
Experience and Requirements :
Required Experience and Skills :
- University degree in any field is a requirement. An advanced degree in HR or a Masters / MBA is preferred
- 4+ years of rewards consulting with at least 3 cycles of annual merit/promotions completed
- Additional HR consulting or expertise in an allied field of HR will be a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate and present complex data / insights
- High level of proficiency in MS Office with demonstrated knowledge of advanced excel is mandatory
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Proficiency in data management / visualization tools suite like Flow, Sharepoint / Tableau, PowerBI would be an added advantage
