Consultative Sales Manager
As Solution Sales Manager your key objective will be to take responsibility for the capture of new business by establishing new relationships as well as managing the existing relationships. Also to expand the Business & Team .
- To meet sales targets
- To develop and implement sales strategies, secure new business opportunities and establish a superior solution image.
- To manage strategic relationship with clients & key partners.
- However, the sales process is significantly different from a product company and is more focused around consultative solutions sales. The role requires a broad range of skills and requires a breadth of knowledge in open source instead of significant depth of knowledge.
- The typical sales is targeted to the Directors/ Heads / CEO/ MD and requires a high level of business maturity in conversations and understanding the HR Strategy fit of an organization.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication in written and spoken, crisp grammatically superior English.
- Proven/demonstrable sales experience with a strong Direct face to face sales experience, Listening skills, Passion for selling HR solutions and services .
- Experience in selling HR solutions based on Compensation & Benefit is highly desirable.
- Experience in presentations to large teams; CEO/VP/ Director/ MD / Head proven experience in doing so is desired.
- Ability to understand a business scenario quickly and suggest the solutions around the business scenario.
- Experience to quickly engage with CEO/VP/ Director/ MD / Head at a top strategy level from the start once marketing has identified a prospect is desirable.
- You should be a Graduate from a premium institute with an MBA with excellent academic record and proven credentials.
- Proven capability in a consulting role with demonstrated achievements.
- At least 5 years of relevant and active direct customer sales experience in consultative selling.
