The opening of Sales Manager in a leading Infrastructure Engineering Consulting Company
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing market trends and competitors- moves to achieve market share metrics to meet monthly targets; evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies for sale of construction pieces of equipment.
- Strategies to promote organizational products and negotiating with them to finalize beneficial business deals.
- Establishing and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning of sales & marketing strategies alliances with financially strong & reliable retailers & channel partners for deeper penetration in different markets; analyzing latest marketing trends.
- Conducting the comparative study of various products, competitors analysis, sales forecasting, pricing, order execution; managing clients- / projects- receivables and cash collections in light of present financial KPI.
- Monitoring opportunities for business generation and competitors activities; providing timely reports on competitor activities
- Providing quality demo and closure of deals; generating the Lead for Complete product ranges.
Threshold Qualification:
- 5+ years of experience in Equipment Sales, preferably Construction Equipment Sales
- Infrastructure Industry exp. Preferred but not essential
- Preferably MBA
