Manager - Consolidation

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL Business finance & External Statutory Auditors

This position directly Reports to: Chief Manager - Corporate Finance

Location: Kurla, Mumbai

Candidate should have worked in a Big Four audit firm and handled clients in the manufacturing sector

Qualification: CA - qualified in decent number of attempts

Candidate's working experience should be in Companies ; EY, PWC, KPMG, GT and Desai Hari Bhakti (Baker Tilly DHC). Candidates previously worked in Deloitte (up to July 2021) can apply.

Sector : Manufacturing/ Pharma

Job purpose: Work with the accounting functions across various locations in India & global sites for consolidation of financial statements and finalization of accounts with the auditors

Key Responsibilities:

- Consolidation of financial statements

- Ensuring compliance with CARO, Schedule III, IndAS and other requirements as per the law

- Coordinating with statutory auditors to finalize the financial statements

- Addressing queries and doubts of the auditors in coordination with business stakeholders

- Continuously improving the overall consolidation, review and finalization processes

- Compliances around FEMA for remittance to overseas subsidiaries

Competencies require:

- In depth knowledge of CARO, Schedule III, IndAS and other regulatory requirements

- Practical knowledge of auditing consolidated financial statements

- Strong accounting acumen

- Knowledge of SAP & Hyperion consolidation tool would be an added advantage
