Preparation of modules on topics related to Compliance including Spirit & Letter policies and regulations
- Study the regulatory landscape/changes on ongoing basis and recommend changes to the existing training modules to reflect changed regulatory environment.
- Implement the Compliance Training framework by conducting training needs development/ analyses, preparing & executing training plans. -
- Conduct & facilitate face to face employee training sessions on mandatory topics like AML, Improper payments, Dawn Raid, Open Reporting etc.
- Partner with Human Resources, IT and other relevant stakeholders to improve significantly the capabilities & processes to assign and track training.
- Support business leaders- drive to reinforce the culture of compliance and integrity and promote measures to reinforce personal accountability for compliance by business leaders.
- Conduct various leadership and employee engagement events.
- Vast Experience in content development
