Manager Compliance (Leading Fintech / NBFC)

Qualification and Experience :

- 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in Law Firm, Consulting Firm, Banks, NBFC and Lending space.

- Graduate / Post Graduate in Law from a reputed institute with a good academic record Possess relevant secretarial experience, preferably in with a lending company or in the NBFC/BFSI sector.

- Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws including Companies Act, RBI compliance, etc.

What you will work on :

- Should be well-versed with the compliance guidelines and controls for all regulatory requirements including RBI related compliances, SEBI, Companies Act, etc.

- Should be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.

- Liaison and deal with auditors and regulators from time to time.

- Should keep abreast with the latest regulatory changes/ requirements and adhere to such requirements.

- Prepare compliance reports for the Management.
