Compliance Manager :

Profile :

The candidate will be a part of the Product Team acting as the subject matter expert on regulatory compliances that NBFCs need to follow.

- Help build and maintain a Strong Compliance Culture and environment for the Prime clients

- Advising and consulting Business and clients on regulatory laws, regulations, firm policies and Procedures

- Working with Business, Operations and other stakeholders on implementation of regulatory changes impacting the business

- Attend to regulatory queries, appear before the regulators, manage regulatory examinations and reviews

- Meeting licensing requirements and manage regulatory reporting in co-ordination with various stakeholders

- Conduct relevant Compliance training and provide regular update to business

- Provide oversight over surveillance activities including on review and disposition of surveillance escalations

- Provide oversight over con-current audits for Business

- Supervise, guide and mentor the team to ensure timely advice and actions. Lead corrective actions on the issues identified and regulatory change implementation by working closely with the Group Compliance team and Business and support units

- Assist in ongoing implementation of internal/group policies and other Compliance requirements

- Work closely with other control functions such as legal, risk, control group, etc. to ensure coverage is comprehensive and issues are addresses in a timely and appropriate manner

- Ensure timely escalation of potential and other issues to senior stakeholders in a timely manner

Required : 4 - 8 years of experience in NBFC

- Understand legal requirements of NBFC and the requirements of RBI to make sure of the compliance.

Salary : 9 to 16 lakhs depending on the profile
