Job Description :

- Responsible for analysis of new regulatory developments

- Framing rules and guidelines for Depository Participants as per Regulatory guidelines.

- Regular updation of various Master Circulars.

- Conceptualization and implementation of new Projects

- Analyzing the queries raised by SEBI and drafting appropriate responses for the same.

- Amendments to Bye Laws and Business rules

- New system related developments including preparation concept note, BRD, testing etc.

- In addition to the above, job description for manager role:

- Supervising policy team

- Handling meeting with SEBI / stock exchanges / depositories.
