We are looking for experienced Manager Compliance & FP&A to join us as we accelerate our global expansion.

Responsibilities:

- Monthly closure of books, analytical review, preparation of the Financials.

- Performing GL review on an ongoing basis.

- SOP development and compliance.

- Performing the Statutory Liability review & analysis across regions & India on a monthly basis.

- Work closely with the controller for taking initiatives for all Net Suite enhancements in entire MM and getting the same completed from the Net Suite outsourced team.

- Handing Internal, External, Tax audit for MM India & Local GAAP audit for MM Subsidiaries.

- Contract review, Contract note & Revenue recognition analysis & guiding the accounting team on revenue accounting & eligibility.

- Preparation of budget, forecast & ensuring that we meet the actual with the budget & forecast.

- Preparation of Board Meeting and Monthly management review Decks.

- Handling all types of audits like Internal, External Audit & Tax Audit.

- Preparation of schedules for both Balance Sheet & P&L.
